To be honest, I don't remember at all when I started to dress myself, so I'm not sure if it's actually that unusual for a four year old to do so. But let her have her time to shine. ;)
And hooray, I actually made it in time! Aside from the announced visit to my nephews (which certainly showed me the difference between writing with just with "research" and on-hand experience - so much little stuff on a single weekend that I could have probably integrated somehow, like that awesome feeling of that warm little head against you, the tiny heartbeat, *squee* XD), I also got sick and had some computer woes. So I did almost the entire thing over this weekend. *pats back*
